2 3/4" X 2". Post World War I, World War II era 1st Army Ordnance patch. Fully machine embroidered. Condition is good to very good overall. Patch had been glued into a scrapbook then tacked to a board. T are four small holes around the edge with a very small round "dent" from the head of the tack. I had been told that these dents might raise out if steamed but I haven't tried that. The colors may appear to be a bit washed out in the pictures from my lighting, the actual colors are still very strong with no fading. Some light wear to the edge. The front of the patch is very clean with some rust/gunk w the tacks were. This appears to be on the surface of the fibres and may clean up a bit. The back of the patch has fairly heavy glue and paper residue that is very dry and does crack with gentle flexing. It may flake off with a little work. This is generally a very nice patch.t This is part of a very old collection put together in the 1940's. I'm not very knowledgeable on these, I'm basing what I say in my listings on borrowed books.
