Comes with 1 Alice clip (They're the metal clips that attach stuff to a pistol belt) and it's also new. Rare color, you almost never see these in any color other than OD (Olive Drab). In addition to fitting first aid stuff or a lensatic compass it also will fit the altoid’s tin survival kits we sell separately. These first aid/compass pouches are US military style but I’m not 100% sure if this made in the USA manufacturer is the same as the made in the USA manufacture of ones issued to US troops, so I’m not sure if they're USGI (United States General Issue). A lot of sellers say their stuff is USGI when it’s not and some also use misleading language like “USGI style” or “USGI type” but I’m an honest seller and so I let you know everything I know about my products.For buyers from outside the United States: Our listings say we only ship in the United States but we will ship anywhere in the world but if you live outside the United States the shipping will not be free.
