Original real photo postcard in overall good condition. Normal edge and corner wear with several small light bends. It does have some back side old glue residue with small paper loss from being mounted into an album at some point. USS Henderson was commissioned in May of 1917 and decommissioned in October of 1943. It served in both world wars and earned 4 battle stars during WW2. It was converted into a hospital ship and recommissioned as USS Bountiful (AH-9) in March of 1944. It was decommissioned again in September of 1946 and sold for scrap in January of 1948. Any faint lines or dots to the image are caused by the scanner.
