Rare and filled with history. This is a superb collection of WWII submarine memorabilia. This collection has provenace as to its authenticity.It belongs in a museum. NOTE; I WOULD CONSIDER DONATING TO A REPUTABLE MUSEUM IF I AM CONTACTED, as this is what kept the United States its freedom. The watch is lightly stamped on back the following; U.S. Navy, Bur ships, N, Timer Stop, Ser No. 8848, 1941. Inside back cover is serial number 0650078. It is an Elgin timer and works perfectly, is in very good condition. The vest is really something. It has a sterling silver submarine with two removable stars added. It has four medals; one marked American campaign,1941-1945, one marked Atlantic Pacific campaign 1941- 1945, one marked Liberty for the liberation of the Phillipines, and one marked WWII, freedom, 1941-1945. Then their are the numerous patches affixed. Absolutely no international, under no circumstance will I ship outside the U.S.A. Please note: listing price has no reflection on value.
