A low resolution scan of a Crosby photo cacheted cover machine cancelled aboard the US Navy battleship USS WEST VIRGINIA BB-48 on Nov 18, 1940. USS WEST VIRGINIA was damaged during the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec 7, 1941. The rear flap is not sealed. There is toning along the gum lines on the back.
