Up for auction is a Large Undrilled Rose Quartz Bannerstone that was found in Sussex County, Virginia. It will measure 3" long by 2-/2" wide by 1-1/8" thick. It is made out of semi translucent Rose quartz. This relic is from the Cowan C. Hood Jr. Collection of Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Hood's collection is Pictured on pages 188 and 189 in Who's Who in Indian Relics #3. We will give the winning bidder a copy of a picture of part Mr Hoods collection, with some history on him as shown in the book.
