Stunning 19c French Louis XV style bronze mirror, from the famous maker Cornelius. This vanity mirror is beautifully proportioned and of high quality. Dramatic curves and scrolling acanthus leaves surround the original swiveling beveled mirror. Warm rich patina. Excellent condition except for one nut is missing on the left side which can easily be replaced and does not effect its sturdiness and it is tight. Measurements: Ht 12", Mirror 7" x 4 1/2" . Base 6" x 6". A beautiful addition to your vanity decor or add more interest to your existing bronze frames grouping. WOW! This GoAntiques Auction is called a Silent Auction.
