Having just bought my dream bass, have been ordered by wife to sell my other two. Made in the Matsumoku factory (in around 1981 i think) This is in fabulous condition for its age with very few marks and dings (have tried to show the main ones in photos) I bought this after missing my old Westone Thunder 1A and im sure i'll have another Matsumoku bass again as soon as i can sneak another in the house. These are very well made instruments with a substantial Ash body with a 7 piece Walnut/Maple centre. What really stands out for me though is the incredible tone, they create a wonderful full and rich sound which cuts through nicely and is great for recording. Local collection from Manchester or can drop off anywhere in the North West. Noticed that there was probably a plastic toggle originally screwed to the pickup selecter knob as the switch has a thread. Have attached a photo to show this......any questions, please ask.
