Up for auction today is a beautiful Vaseline opalescent Covered Butter Dish. This pattern is called "Eye Winker". It is a very well made piece of glass with no rough seams,sharp edges or cloudiness. It is in perfect shape with no cracks,scratches,flea bites or chips. I black light tested this piece and it does light up beautifully under a black light. It measures approximately 5" high X 8" wide. It is a pretty substantial butter dish! It was hand made in Cambridge,OHIO. This is truly a beautiful piece of glass and would make a wonderful addition to any Vaseline glass collection or butter dish collection!
