Vatican. Scott #B1-4. Semi-postal. 1933, Holy Year issue. Complete set.�Outstanding color and centering. Mint hinged. Check for other listings I am offering. The more you buy, the more you save. Combining shippingI am happy to discount shipping and handling to reduce such costs on multiple items won PROVIDED that all items are paid on the same, SINGLE invoice AND the items won are over a 2 consecutive day period (no carry overs to following week). There is a limit on the total number of lots (40) which a buyer can bid on and buy. This is a fair and reasonable limit in my opinion as the vast majority of buyers purchase far less than that limit. PLEASE WAIT FOR MY INVOICE on multiple purchases so I can calculate the shipping and handling (Buyers who purchase 1 item can, of course,immediately use Ebay's automatic checkout). The following provides you with an idea of the cost of shipping and handling on multiple items won.1. Single stamps or small sets comprised of 2-3 stamps will be priced at the flat base rate applicable to the buyer's location ($2 US, $3 outside the US) at no additional cost up to 5 items.2. 6-10 single stamps or small sets (see above) will be priced at .10c each.3. 11-25 single stamps or small sets (see above) will be priced at .15c each.4 26 or more single stamps or small sets (see above) will be priced at .20c each.This shipping rule does NOT apply to sets over 4 stamps (some but not all which are already priced higher in the listing), booklets, sheets, albums stockbooks, etc. or other oversized material. Sets comprised of 5-10 stamps will be priced at 1/4 the flat rate (.50c for US buyers, .75c for outside the US) and sets 10 stamps or more will be priced at 1/2 the regular flat rate. (1.00 US, 1.50 overseas). Due to a significant increase in the number of late paying buyers (over 3 days after invoice even after several courtesy reminder emails are sent), if payment is not made by the end of the 4th day, a REVISED INVOICE will be sent reflecting the FULL SHIPPING AMOUNT as shipping costs will NOT be combined. Thus, it is IMPERATIVE to pay in a timely manner to enjoy the benefits of combined shipping. Your item will be shipped in a glassine (any 102 card or similar seen in the listing are simply for display and not included in purchase price) to save on shipping costs and packaged carefully for shipment. Shipping termsAll orders totaling $50 or more in the US will be shipped with a tracking number at a minimum cost of $4.95 plus any additional cost associated with handling of large numbers of purchases.Similarly, Registered Mail with tracking information is REQUIRED on all orders outside the US totaling over $100 at the rate of $15 plus any additional costs associated with the handling of large numbers of purchases.Purchases of merchandise $250 or more, whether individually or collectively, will require "enhanced shipping methods" pursuant to Ebay/Paypal requirements.
