Antique Barovier Toso Venetian D and y Figurine in Mint Condition This Exquisite Masterpiece depicts a h and some male d and y figurine in his magnificent period garb. His face, h and s stockings and base are heavily gold flecked crystal; while his dress and frock have the highly sought after antique ruby and Latticino twisted zanfirico cane designs. He models a milk ruffled lace collar, smart white shoes and sports the traditional tricorno gold flecked milk hat. His pulled back white hair and pony tail is gold flecked. Pinched and ruffled milk lace trim accents his sleeves. The base is swirled round and paneled in a heavily gold gilded crystal design and the back of the figurine is accented by a white leaf backdrop. Impressive 8 1/4” Tall by 3 ¼” Wide; ground base; mint condition; The glass is very light and airy typical of the older antique glass; tiny tiny fleabite under base w bottom rim was ground; flame polished rough pontil mark.
