ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE OVER THREE YEARS OLD. This auction is for a Vermont HOUSE GENERAL ASSEMBLY License plate. A little background on the General Assembly...The Vermont General Assembly is the legislative body of the US Senate of the State of Vermont. The Legislature is formally known as the ' General Assembly '. The General Assembly is a bicameral legislature, consisting of the Vermont House of Representatives and the Vermont Senate. This plate is quite RARE and comes from my personal collection where it has been for many years. I am not sure of the issue year but this base of plate was issued from 1970 thru around 1982. It is in mint condition. You may notice the plate is slightly darker on the right side. That is the way the plate was manufactured...it is more noticeable in the picture that on the actual plate. But the plate is new and in mint unissued condition! It is over 3 years old and does not violate ebays rules. Buyer to add choice of $3.00 shipping lined and then wrapped in cardboard for First Class Mail or $4.95 lined Priority Mail with cardboard protectors.
