I think this is a Basset Hound - he looks sad enough to be! What a great early bank - probably a give-away by some gas station, grocery store or even a bank! Cannot find a manufacturer's mark. The hound is 9" high (he is lying down after all!) to the top of his head and nose to the back end is 15". The slot is behind his collar. he looks sort of sad and I thnk he needs a home. Some minor paint loss otherside he looks pretty good. Please ask questions before bidding as he is being sold with a one-way ticket. No bouncing back and forth for this guy! No damage, cracks or breaks. T is an old price written on the bottom of this foot of $174.00. Have NO idea if this is for real. To insure that my customers are satisfied with their purchase, I give feedback after feedback is received from a buyer. I am sorry for any inconvenience it may cause, but I do not accept PayPal - only checks (personal, business or bank) or money orders.
