This is a really nice very large specimen of Canyon Diablo meteorite that wieghs in at 1676 grams. As you can see it is a really good looking specimen. This one is in it's original state and has been unaltered in any way since excavation. The white deposits coating the exterior of this piece (which I believe may be limestone) are usually removed from Canyon Diablo irons before selling, however as you can see, the coloring just adds character to this already stunning piece. This beautiful piece would make a fantastic monetary investment and would make an awesome addition to your collection.
