Very nice original (not a copy) advertising / print of Buff-Laced Polish from a 1929 issue of Supplement to Poultry Tribune, printed in Mount Morris, Illinois, USA, January 1929. The back of this print has an ad for the Poultry Journal that includes examples of color poultry prints. I have 50 to 60 of these prints for sale which would appeal to the avid aviculturist or person who collects items related to chickens. I do not know much about these. They are all approx 8" x 11" and are quite visually striking! This is a Australorps Print from Supplement to Poultry Tribune and all are signed with the initials LS for Louis A. Stahmer, one of the better poultry artists in the first half of the 1900s. As for condition, I would rate this example as excellent. Framing could/would cover up all of the wear noted above. Difficult to photograph, but should be noted that the paper is an even off-white color and unstained. Shipping is $5.00 for regular mail. Multiple auctions will be combined to save on shipping. CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR SIMILAR ITEMS as I have listed some of theses ads/prints in other various categories.
