This is a great southern Whiskey jug entitled, "Vic Trolio / Fine Whickey / Canton, Miss.". Jug is one gallon, 9 1/2" tall and 7 1/8" across the bottom. The spotting look on the glaze appears to be original and the purple bottom I am not sure about when or how that was done, also has a very old wire loop around the neck. Jug has of course a few nicks and dings, The lip had several chips around the edge and one of the little hanger loops is broken off and t is a small crack at the bottom that goes up the side about 3/4" and travel to the left about 1" and extends to the bottom and runs across the bottom a little over 1/2 way.
