This auction is for the sale of a Victor I or, as it was called by the company, "Victor the First". Typical of the Victor I, it has a single spring motor, tapered tone arm, Exhibition reproducer, 8" turntable and is housed in an oak cabinet. I believe this to be one of the later machines because it has the larger tone arm and 19 1/4" flowered horn as opposed to the 17 3/4" horn. The horn is in very nice condition with an excellent trade mark label as can be seen in the photograph and patent label. The pin stripping on the rear mount is good. The machine appears to be all original except for the crank and turntable felt. The spring motor winds up and run fine. T is a small dent in the horn elbow and a small damaged spot on the edge of the cabinet beside the turntable as can be seen in the photographs. The case is approximately 11" by 11.5" by 5 7/8" high. The case and horn will be shipped in two separate double wall boxes. The total shipping weight is approximately 20 lbs. This is a nice Victor I but, being an antique, is being sold "as is" with not warranty or guarantee implied. ABSOLUTELY NO OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS. I ship only to the lower 48 United States. Email me with any questions prior to bidding and don't bid if you do not intend to pay. Thanks for looking.
