ITEM HAS SOME WEAR DUE TO AGE/USE, SCRATCHES, NICKS, COLOR/FINISH LOSS, BUILD UP, BRAKE PAD HAS WEAR/DETERIORATION (SEE LAST PHOTO), AND THE TOP WASHER IS SLIGHTLY BENT (SEE PHOTO). THE TOP OF THE ITEM IS MARKED: PATENT APPLIED FOR VICTOR TALKING MACHINE CO. CAMDEN NJ USA. THE SPRING SEEMS TO BE WORKING PROPERLY, HOWEVER I DO NOT HAVE THE TURNTABLE TO TEST IT WITH, SO FOR THAT REASON IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS. BRAKE INCLUDES TWO SCREWS.
