VICTORIAN AESTHETICMOVEMENT CHINOISERIE JUG Decorated with a Chinese style patter depicting a crane. Jug is in an ok condition. There is a crack by the handle and some discoloration under the handle from before firing.Measures – 19.5x17x10cms Terms: Please read! 1) Postage Charges: Please try to get in touch before bidding if you are situated outside mainland Britain, (e.g. Highlands, N&S Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, etc.) It's ok not to ask first, if e.g. there's only a short time before end of listing & you expect we cannot get back to you in time, but be prepared for the possibility of increased P&P costs. We pack goods well and do everything to make sure that the items get to their intended destinations without any damage. There is also a small charge on top of postage costs to pay for any packing materials that have been used, this will not be excessive. To avoid any negativity please check all aspects of the listing before bidding. 2) Delivery Times: Please take note of the delivery schedule within the listing for delivery time, but items should be with you within 5working days. We always endeavour to post items within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. 3) Customer Satisfaction: Your happiness with any item you buy from us is our concern, so please get in touch as soon as possible if there is a problem with the Item. As mistakes in listing or error of judgement can sometimes happen - we are after all only human! 4) Collections: Check first to see if a collection is feasible, as some items are only collectible by prior arrangement. There are only so many collections that can be agreed, especially as a lot of collections end up with the item in the way for days/weeks, when the item needs to go within a couple of days as space is paramount! 5) Returns / Damage in transit / Item not arrived: If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason then contact us as soon as possible. After that if you want to return the item then you can do so at your own cost, there's no need for eBay cases, just let us know of your intention to return and once the item has been received we will refund quickly on a satisfactory inspection for tampering etc. We do not refund the return postage costs, this is in our eBay policy which can be viewed at anytime. That has been in place since we started selling so please know that you bid on this understanding and that you are responsible for the safe return of the item if it is not as described and that you want to return it. If it arrives damaged then clear photographic proof will need to be sent, then after this you can return the item and upon receipt we will refund the original costs and deal with any claims for couriers we have used. If it doesn't arrive at all then a full refund will be given were the tracking indicates item has not been delivered. These terms are simply in place to protect and inform everyone involved in the transaction. So that everyone knows what to expect from us as sellers. Then nobody will be disappointed or have cause to leave bad feedback, because we will do exactly as the terms above have already promised with no surprises.
