GONE WITH THE WIND ~~ BANQUET PARLOR OIL LAMP BASE ~~ with a GORGEOUS ROYAL BRASS FONT & HAND PAINTED FLOWERS!! HAND PAINTED ORNATE FLORAL DESIGNS is just part of the beauty that makes this a "MUST HAVE" oil lamp. Font is solid brass, ribbed sides, great original brass patina, side wick raiser Made in US of America. Royal Flame Spreader,Threaded Burner Shell, Lift Gallery, and Filler Cap all in good convention. Patent dates on the wick raiser housing, gallery, and Royal flame spreader. Everything appears to be original to the lamp. The only thing in question would be the glass chimney could be a replacement?. There is a BUBBLE in the glass which could be from age?, could be original chimney...it feels heavier than others that I have come across. The BRASS works is just beautiful along with the Breath Taking HAND PAINTED FLOWERS shown in the photos so please carefully view ALL PHOTOS and if you like what you see I am sure you will just love this GWTH OIL LAMP BASE. I tried to describe best to my ability, not an expert on OIL LAMPS so PLEASE feel free to ask questions and I usually reply same day.
