VICTORIAN ERA LADIES VANITY WITH HARP MIRROR IN BEAUTIFUL BIRD'S EYE MAPLE Allston Antiques takes the distinct pleasure in presenting to the public this fine Victorian ladies vanity. This vanity is constructed of the choicest maple stock with highly figured Bird's eye maple grain patterning throughout. Atop the original beveled glass mirror is a centrally carved shell with fine applied foliage carving adoring it on either side. Each harp has lovely applied carving work as well as a turned knob to stabilize or remove the mirror. The vanity has a finely shaped top with gorgeous grain figuring and houses a bow front single drawer. The drawer front is graced by the original brass pulls and is raised with cabriole legs. This vanity measures 32" in length x 20 1/2" in width x 28 1/2" in height to the vanity top. A remarkable piece of antique furniture which will appreciate in value for years to come.
