Victorian Book 'Handbook for Attendants on the Insane' 1896 3rd Ed Rare Medical Description Victorian Medical Interest Book 'Handbook for Attendants on the Insane' Balliere Tindall & Cox 1896 Third Edition Very collectable and very rare 1896 3rd edition of this very interesting book. A great piece of social and medical history. I would describe the book as good for it's age. There are a few marks to the front and staining to the due to age to the front and back. There is of course some yellowing, a few faint pencil marks here and there and some signs of wear however, it is intact and very readable. A great collectors item.
