Beautiful Victorian Brass and Iron Double Bed & Slats Search This is a beautiful Victorian brass and iron double bed. The foot end has brass sleeves on the posts and little brass foot ends with three brass spacers, the head end has a brass rail and all four posts have cone headers, all the brass is in good condition with a few minor dings that you always see in original period beds. The bed will come with a new set of slats that we make for all our beds without spring bases and all you need is a standard double mattress. This bed would sit well in a bedroom where this wonderful style of furniture is required. The bed is in good condition with only minor marks that you would expect in an item of this age. The bed is 59" tall at the head, 49" at the foot, 15" from the ground , 76" long and 54" wide.
