A Victorian octagonal burr walnut trumpetshaped sewing table with a chess board top The top opens to reveal a fitted interior lined with paper. Stands on carved shaped cabriole legs. Is in need of some restoration. Some veneer is missing from the top. Some old woodworm damage to the base. The internal paper lining is torn and missing in places and some of the internal partitions are loose. The lock is detached and there is no key. Has been in everyday use but does need some work.
