Victorian 9 Ct Gold & Silver Turquoise Berry Pendant or Charm c1880 A pendant or charm has a curved berry stem and is set with numerous turquoise stones to all sides. The stones are set in silver and the loop to the top is made in 9 carat gold. It can be worn as a small pendant or large charm. Of English origin, please see below for further details. The design and craftsmanship date this turquoise berry to the Victorian period, circa 1880. Sizing, Marks and Condition The berry is 16mm or 5/8 inch diameter. Weight is 6.4g or 0.23oz. Unmarked, the stone's setting tests as silver, the loops test as 9 carat gold. In very good condition. Slight signs of wear and colour variation. I do not have a box to fit this turquoise berry.
