NO RESERVE and 99p START Hello and welcome to my auction for a very fine and exquisite EDWARDIAN DIAMOND RING The ring is features nine pillow cut diamonds totalling 1.8 carats. It is very elegant indeed, the setting being fashioned from 18 carat gold and Platinum. It comes with a beautiful period leather, silk and velvet box, and though I cannot be sure I am fairly sure this is the original box for the ring. According to the hallmarks the ring was made around 1910, and this fits in with the it's history as a family heirloom. It was my great grandmother's engagement ring, and she lived a long and happy married life with her husband of 67 years. I am reluctantly selling this item due to family commitments; we need to raise money for the deposit on a new house. Included with the ring is an insurance valuation from COUCH JOHNS and WILEY Ltd . of The Strand dated last month. The valuation states a replacement value of £2500.00. You will not be disappointed in this ring. The pictures don't do it justice. This ring sparkles and gleams in the light and looks amazing on the hand. It is a really impressive piece of jewellery. Any woman would be delighted to have this on her finger. The ring will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for security. I will post worldwide; please contact me for details. Good luck and Best Wishes!
