You are bidding on a very old Victorian/Edwardian mourning brooch, 2 inches, very different and detailed! T is a very tiny chip in one of the triangle shapes, otherwise all is in very good condition. The chip is hardly noticable. The details on this piece is outstanding! It also has an old C clasp, and is probably from the Civil War era. The tiles are glass. This is a great item, full of charm, and a wonderful addition to your vintage jewelry collection. If you need your packages shipped express or overnight, please do not hesitate to ask for a quote! We promise to ship same day (if paid via Paypal or Bidpay) throughout the holiday season . We are still selling from the estate of a 97-year old Pennsylvania undertaker named Nigel "Stumpy" Alistair and his lovely bride (of 71 years) Constantine. We honestly do not know how Mr. Alistair obtained the nickname "Stumpy" (and admittedly we are afraid to ask), but have been informed that Mrs. Alistair acquired some of these pieces in lieu of payment for services rendered. The rest we will leave to your imagination. J Some of the vintage and antique jewelry will be offered in lots, and some sold as individual pieces. This is an outstanding opportunity to obtain quality inventory, or to build to your personal collection. All pieces are in good-to-excellent condition unless noted otherwise read more
