Victorian English Brass Nautical Picture Frame C 1900 This Circa 1900 brass frame is oval in shape and is decorated with anchors at the top and bottom.The entire frame is 6 1/2 inches long by 3 3/8 inches wide. The actual size for a picture is 3 1/4 inches long by 2 1/4 inches wide. The anchors at the two ends are intertwined with a rope design which also finishes off the rim.
