7 1/2 inches long, 5 inches wide, 4 3/4 inchew tall, fine old porcelain pottery inkwell with two ink pen holders, one on each side, and a removable sander, and a removable ink pot. A nice brown Whippet looking dog lies behind with gold collar and his paws crossed. Glue and gold decor all over it, but not a mark as to the maker. Unforunately one of the curved legs the on on the back right beside the dogs head has been broken off and reglued, they did an ok job, but it could have been done better. I hate to buy things that are broken, but this is such a beautiful piece that I simply could not leave it at the auction. It came from a great old estate of the Lee family from Vermillion South Dakota. No other damage, and quite a stunning piece even with the damage. Postage will be $9.00 by Priority Mail, insurance optional, but recommended. Personal check or money order or paypal. Missouri residents add sales tax.
