This is an antique, cut glass powder jar with its original lid of carved rosewood and its original powder puff of pale blue down feathers. The down is attached to a silk top and a carved bone knob. The overall measurements are 3 1/2" high, 4" wide. T are no signatures or marks. The upper rim of the jar is cut and polished and the base has a cut starburst design. T are no mold marks. The overall condition is excellent. T are no chips or cracks in the glass jar, no breaks or flaws in the carved lid, and very little, if any wear in the puff--like new (but antique) clean.
