A late Victorian Gothic revival walnut desk companion set - original inkwells A terrific example of late Victorian (c1890) gothic revival for the gentleman's study. A brass bound double inkwell desk companion stand in solid walnut and with original glass and turned wooden topped inkwells. A robust piece with heavy brass mounts and sturdy chunky inkwells. The hinges have not been strain and thus are level and flat. No damage to glass or wood. In fantastic condition and weighing 2.3kgs with dimensions of 35cms x 23cms - this is a piece that cannot be ignored. Please see photos before purchase as they form as part of the sale.
