This little shade has the a most beautiful Claret Red Burnout Velvet that can't be enhanced by the pictures. The Silk Burnout Velvet is an older piece with deep pile. The inserts are Victorian Black Glass that date to somew around 1915-1920. The fringe is 7 inches long and has been ombred dyed to show three colors. Deep Gold, that fades into Deep Rust, then to the tips which fades to Claret Red. The linning is two shades of Gold. Beautiful when lit. Great size, 11 inches at it's longest point and 14 inches at it's widest point.
