is a nice examble of a hair woven watch chain popular in the Victorian era. Not only used to commemorate a deceased loved one, but also made by young ladies and given to their beaus. This piece measures 11 inches long counting the end caps. The chains add another 3 inches overall. T are no marks visible. The metal was completely dirty when I got this, I've cleaned it up some, but the true gold color will be enhanced with further polishing. The weaving is intact with only some broken hairs sticking out from the weaving, but the ends are secure. Check my other items for more vintage things you just have to have.
