Victorian Parlor Sofa/Love Seat/Settee, Rosewood Beautifully carved Victorian style rose wood parlor sofa/settee/love seat. Family piece that we can trace back to my great aunt who lived in Dallas back in the 30's....so date this piece back to that era, but I am not an expert, so it might be older. The wood is beautifully carved and in great shape, very solid piece - only noticeable issue is the bottom seat material that has some rust spots and a small rip that was repaired (please see pics)...it does display nicely with the cover on it that my wife made. PLEASE see all pics and ask questions BEFORE bidding or make me an offer! Please let me know if you would like to see any additional pics. MEASUREMENTS: 40" tall 15" tall to front seat 58" arm to arm 62" wing to wing 31" deep 50" x 21" seat itself I have not sold on Ebay in a long time and many things have changed, so if I have not addressed any questions/concerns that you might have please ask BEFORE the end of the auction.
