My Ref: 17709 VICTORIAN RAPHAEL TUCK XMAS CARD ~ NAUGHTY DONKEY OUTSIDE SHOP ~ DOG in WINDOW Verse by Rev Frederick Langbridge "A Moral for Merrymas" Measures: 13.5cm x 10.25cm Condition report: Very good, just minor age related yellowing & foxing stains & back surface is slightly damaged due to being stuck in an album at some time ~ see scans for full detail. Please note - I provide quality scans and these should studied as they form part of the description. Dating cards: Where dates are quoted they are usually estimated to be within a few years either way. The estimated date may be earlier than the postmark, usually meaning I found a similar card with an earlier postmark or the serial/card Nos. are known to be from a certain year. Sometimes it is my best guess based on fashions, cars, type of photo, the photographer or artist & the postcard style etc. I don't always get it right so please do your own research if it is important to you.
