Double your traffic. I am glad to have the opportunity to offer for sale this Fine Victorian Renaissance Revival Walnut and Burl Walnut Settee circa 1870's. This wonderful settee has period carved details and gorgeous new replacement fabric of a jewel tone Emerald Green with a Fleur-de-lis motif and matching gimp trim and is in new, clean condition. This settee measures a total height of 41 1/2 inches to the top of the carvings on the back crest-rail, total length of 65 inches, with a seat depth of 25 inches,a seat width of 52 inches and a seat height of 17 inches and weighs approximately 85 lbs. This fine piece offers classical style with a carved center shell crest flanked with carved scrolls above the straight padded back of the settee, with outward roll padded arms with carved walnut front arm supports a serpentine seat rail with distal carvings. There is a sliver of wood missing on the inner portion of the back leg (see picture) that does not affect the sturdiness of the settee at all, and also a small split to the left side of the center distal carvings on the front seat rail (see close-up picture). This Victorian Renaissance Revival Walnut and burl walnut settee circa 1870's is solid and sturdy waiting for that special place in your home and is a nice size for a bedroom or small area.
