Wide Victorian Revival vintage bracelet with spin-cast filigree panels set with faux pearls and pressed glass gemstones made to mimic Lapis, Turquoise, Carnelian and Rhodochrosite (pink).1-7/8" wide7-1/2" long Elaborate metalwork -- a rectangular scene on top of diamond shape panel with open foliate edges. Like the stone colors, the scenes and stones shapes vary by panel.Wide, fold-over clasp. The bracelet is unsigned and age is uncertain. This is a previously owned item in excellent vintage condition . Limited areas of dark or diminished finish color on both inside and outside to the extent seen in the photos. Bracelet is in tact, with all stones, no breaks, bends, or kinks. Collector's notes Quality and design is comparable to early Selro/Selini, Florenza, or Hollycraft. The filigree is spin cast white metal with gold-tone finish -- not the airy/stiff, easily broken pot metal filigree of c. 1950s panel bracelets. Notice the wide, patterned links connecting the panels, compared to jump rings and narrow connectors used in later Retro bracelet.
