VICTORIAN SILVER OVAL PHOTO LOCKET PENDANT DOUBLE SIDED GLASS A delightful, unusual Victorian double sided locket pendant. Circular in shape, the silver frame is unmarked and tests as silver but I think it is heavily plated. The frame has a very attractive diamond shaped patterning, much nicer than the plain ones normally seen. The pendant contains 2 charming period photographs of a young girl and woman (perhaps mother & daughter). Both retain their original thick bevelled glass covers. Screw top fastener allows easy access if you wish to replace with your own photos. There is a jump ring to the top for wear on a chain. Measures: 3.8cm by 2.6cm (including top ring/jump ring) or 2.5cm by 2.5cm (excluding all fittings/rings). In good antique condition; please see photos to appreciate this lovely period locket.
