This ring is 1.5" tall and 1.25" wide. It has 3 cabochons down the center; an emerald, Ruby and sapphire. They are surrounded by genuine Victorian rose cut diamonds with 6 small rubies at the corners. The cabochons are set in gold with the band being set in silver so it is sizable. I purchased this ring for myself and thought I would keep it forever but, I've only worn it twice. I didn't keep the paperwork on it because, like I said, I thought I would always have it. I do not remember the carat weight which is why I am selling it for much less than what I paid. I paid over $400 at a jeweler in NYC.
