I do not know why an item was returned but most likely it just didn't fit the person or they did not like it. An "excellent customer return" means that it is in "like new" condition with no visible wear and unless otherwise stated in the auction, it does not have any major flaws. Each auction will state which type it is. Please note with shoes, that unless they are noted as "new" they will most likely have scuff marks on the bottoms of the soles from being tried on. Victoria's Secret items will have the pink V.S. tag cut out(for bras, panties,lingerie) or the black Moda International tag cut out(for clothing), and shoes will be marked with an X on the bottom of the sole. Some VS clothing is now "tagless" meaning the tag info is now printed on the inside of the actual clothing instead of hanging from a tag. On the "tagless" clothing it is usually marked "clipped" or has a line drawn through it(it cannot be seen from the outside). The size and care tag will always remain. I am not allowed to sell any V.S. merchandise with the name tag still intact as that would mean that you could buy it from me for a quarter of the price and return it to the store for full price.
