This is a Army M6 bayonet and scabbard. It was designed to fit the US M14 Automatic Rifle. The bayonet, marked US M6 and IMPERIAL is approximately 11 1/8 inches long. It is in excellent condition. The s cabbard is is 12 3/4 inches long and has olive-drab fiberglass body with steel throat and drag. The scabbard's throat is stamped USM8A1. The scabbard is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, bends or chips. There is some rust on the metal and the brass snap on the scabbard needs to be cleaned. See photos for details.
