Viking hand axe up for auction. Measures 27" long, 6" wide, blade 3 1/2 blade, haft approx 1" in diameter. This was made by me last year for someone but they never came to collect it so its up for grabs on Ebay. It's never been used in battle so has no marks or dinks on it. It has two layers of twine at the top of the haft to protect it from swords, spears and over enthusiastic re-enactors who think They're Conan. It was tested just after I finished it, it hooks shields quite well and should be good more the up to the job of bashing shields, ribs, faces if you've got no control! Postage should be around £7-£10ish. I'll get it weighed asap. You're welcome to collect if you like. I'll be selling more Viking re-enacting kit over the next few days so chack back often.
