Up for auction are 10 Mint, never used Villeroy & Boch Cobalt Blue Marble Dinner and/or Charger Underplates. Use them to serve dinner, as an underplate with your favorite china pattern to provide a layered look on your table, or as serving plates. They are dishwasher safe. From the early 1980's, these plates are no longer made by Villeroy & Boch. Marked on the back Villeroy & Boch. Luxembourg. Vitrous Porcelain. These vitrous porcelain plates replicate the variety of colors found in real blue marble from the earth. Blue marble is one of the rarest and most costly marbles available today. These plates are offered at a replacement china company for $51.00 per plate. Villeroy & Boch has been in operation since 1748 and continues to make beautiful porcelain and fine high quality ceramics today. Dimensions: 11.25" Diameter Shipping: I will ship within 4 days of funds received and cleared, many times 1-2 days. I will ship FedEx if the cost is lower for non-breakables.
