Up for auction is a wonderful print under glaze master steinwith six matching beakers. Villeroy & Boch in Mettlach, Germany manufactured them. They have pictures of fishermen and women with boat and windmill scenes. They have a Dutch theme. The master is a large 2.4-liter stein in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or hairlines. The sits squarely; it has a slight wobble. The six beakers are numbered 1187 through 1192. They are ¼ liter size and are in excellent condition with one very minor exception. One of them (woman on beach number 1188) has a very small hairline on the base (see picture). I took pictures of all the bases. All pieces have Villeroy & Boch Mettlach marks.
