Hello, Thanks for viewing my items. You are looking at A VINTAGE CERAMIC FIGURE. This is a FRENCH COLONIAL STYLE COUPLE on a bench. Her dress is made of DRESDEN LACE and has 4 spots w the lace is broken. 2 are small, 1 is medium and 1 is large (large in on rear portion). The medium damage hole is visible from the front, the other 3 are not. Please see pics before bidding. It measures 6.5 inches tall by 6.25 long by 4.25 inches. Paint and color are good. Spaghetti fringe grass and flowers at the base; gold leaf decoration in good condition. I have examined it and run my finger around the edges/surfaces; I can find no chipping, no cracking, no crazing except for the damage noted to the Dresden lace dress. Could use a light dusting / cleaning. The manufacturer information is on the bottom, UNTER WEISS BACH Made in GDR. INSURANCE REQUIRED on this auction.
