Vintage 7 1/2" 1965 Rookwood Dark Blue Lip Pitcher Vase # 6751 (2) McCoy Rope Handle Pottery Pitchers - Burgundy & Bright YellowThis auction is for a 7 1/2" Rookwood Production pitcher, cast in 1965 and covered in a medium mat dark blue glaze. The pitcher is impressed with the Rookwood logo, the 1965 Roman numeral of "LXV" for 1965 and the shape # of 6751 and also the "Trademark" symbol.The pitcher is in wonderful condition with the exception of one chip on the underside of lip in the rim area, this chip does not appear to be visible from the top of the piece only from below, no other chips cracks or repairs. It does have some factory glaze skips on the bottom rim of the pitcher.
