Vintage 10K Gold Walter Lampl 3D Doctor's Bag Charm Opens to Baby Medical SwabsA remarkable vintage 10K Gold 3D Doctor's Medical Bag Charm that opens to enameled baby medical swabs.This charm is very well crafted and is quite a conversation piece. It can been seen in the 1949 Walter Lampl jewelry ad in the last photo of this listing. It is the 2nd charm from the top. Walter Lampl crafted charms in sterling silver, 10K gold and 14K gold back in the day.Another version of this charm was also crafted by Walter Lampl back in the day that opens to a baby inside. Lampl was the initial producer of this charm, then around 1960, companies such as J.M. Fisher copied it in sterling silver. Other makers crafted similar styles.PRECIOUS METAL: 10K yellow gold (electronically tested)WEIGHT: 2.6 GRAMSMEASUREMENTS: 13mm. X 12mm. closed (approx. 1/2" X 1/2")CONDITION: Very Good.
