Hi & Thanks for stopping by to visit our auctions CONSIGNONLINE29720 Lancaster, SC. Please Visit Often You are bidding on a Vintage set of flatware. Let me say.....this is a very large set of vintage flatware. T are at least 129 pieces and I "think" it is a complete service for 12. We think this is stainless and we know the handles are wood. It could be silverplate, but we do not think so. We also think this is danish, but it could be early American. Our client is 74 years old and is downsizing and selling lots of his stuff. He said he thought he and his wife bought this set in the '50s. This set comes in its original heavy wooden box, which is what makes this so expensive to ship. We will gladly take the tableware out of this "nasty" box and ship it in another box and that should cost you $15.00 - $16.00 shipping. This set has been stored for years in a utility building....with a dirt floor, which is why the inside of this box is not in great condition. The flatware itself is in very good condition and we do not think it was ever used. T are all kinds of neat forks, knifes and spoons. I know soup spoons and regular teaspoons and some type of little spoon. T are regular knives and what we think are "fish" knifes. If you are into unique tableware....this is for YOU!
