Vintage 18k Yellow Gold Tiffany & Co. Faceted Collar Stud Shirt Button 1.3 Grams Free Shipping to the USA only !!! Description: Here is a vintage 18k yellow gold Tiffany & Co. faceted collar stud one piece shirt button. The faceted button is 1/4 inch in diameter and the signed Tiffany side is 7/16 inches in diameter. The stud is 5/16 inches long weighing 1.3 grams. It is in good condition with surface marks, patina, and wear from age and use. Under a loupe you can see a hand engraved 1437 which is probably when it was purchased or received as a gift, I'm thinking January 4, 1937. This was very common on antique jewelry for the recipient to hand engrave a date on a treasured piece. Again you need a loupe to see it and it does not take away from the piece.
