You are looking at a 1910 electric Singer Sewing Machine model 27 in cabinet with wood lid. Serial Number G 5562281. My research online leads me to believe this was made in 1910 and is a model 27 or 127. I do not know much about sewing machines but will answer any questions you may have. I included numerous images to convey its condition. The foot pedal is not original (made in Japan) and appears to not be working. It may just need to be re-wired. The machine does work. I tested it by bypassing the power cord from the foot pedal directly to the wall current and the sewing machine started working. It appears that this sewing machine may have been upgraded to a new motor and pedal. The belt works but is loose. I assume it will need to be replaced. The l ight works. Includes miscellaneous sewing items that were found in the case compartment. Everything in the pictures is included with the machine. The motor is labeled: Universal Sewing Machine Motor 115 volts a/c – 1/15 HP Made in USA I don’t believe the wood top case is correct for this machine. The latches do not line up. It may go to a different model. Note: Machine as-is, I would assume it would need to be evaluated and repaired before use (belt, electrical pedal etc…). This will make a great addition to your collection. I will answer any questions you may have. Please read more
